About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Columbus, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned real estate locations. You will maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with residents and visitors, and provide customer-focused support. The role is part of a team guided by care, teamwork, and integrity. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The pay rate is $18.18 per hour.

Requirements

Possess at least one year of armed security-related experience, law enforcement experience, or military experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and take part in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, grounds, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and report unauthorized access attempts, maintenance concerns, and other security-related issues according to site procedures.
