About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Risk Assessment in Anchorage, Alaska, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. In this unarmed patrol role, you will monitor and patrol assigned housing-related locations, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, assist residents and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service and communication.

This is a full-time position paying $21.50 per hour. The scheduled shifts are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Sunday from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license if the position requires driving.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
• Monitor assigned housing-related locations and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents.
• Conduct routine rounds and report security-related concerns.
• Assist residents and visitors.
