About The Position

The Security Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring premises and patrolling a variety of locations. The role preserves order by enforcing site-related regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area. Officers may also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. The position is full-time at 32 hours per week, scheduled for the second shift from Friday through Monday. No prior experience is necessary; training is provided. Security experience is preferred, and healthcare experience is welcomed.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Be able to perform frequent sitting, standing, and walking, potentially for long periods, and climb stairs and walk on inclines and uneven terrain.
Be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Security experience is preferred.
Healthcare experience is welcomed.
Retail, food service, or hospitality experience is considered a good fit.

Responsibilities
