About The Position

As a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer serving a financial institution in Raleigh, North Carolina, you will help safeguard clients, members, employees, and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols and maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents while supporting a welcoming environment. The role involves providing exceptional customer service, communicating professionally, and responding to security-related concerns with integrity. The position is scheduled for daytime shifts on Mondays and Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The pay rate is $17.51 per hour. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, members, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Monitor access points and activity in and around the location, reporting unusual conditions or unauthorized activity according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, communicating with appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the branch, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs according to company and site requirements.
