About The Position

Requirements

Have a high school education or equivalent (GED).
Be at least 21 years of age.
Have a valid PILB in hand.
Have a strong work ethic.
Be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and build connections that reassure and inspire confidence.
Observe and survey the assigned area and report activity.
Respond rapidly to critical situations.
Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols throughout the shift.
Read and write detailed reports.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards when appropriate.
Protect employee safety and help prevent theft of goods through screening, bag searches, wanding, and other procedures.
Provide access control.
