About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor security systems and identify threats before they escalate. The role is based at a commercial site in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is scheduled full-time Monday through Friday on the first shift, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The hourly wage is $19.80. The officer will monitor screens and security systems, document events, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, control access, and help protect people and property.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual acuity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Have security experience.
• Hold a state license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Document observed events and incidents by writing detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure the safety of the premises.
