About The Position

As a Security Officer Enhanced Commercial in Fort Pierce, Florida, you will serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage manufacturing location. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help deter incidents, and support access control activities. The role involves providing outstanding customer service and clear communication while helping maintain a welcoming, secure environment. Security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities are part of the position. The listed schedule is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM. This is a full-time position paying $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

At least one year of security-related experience.
A guard card or license is required.
Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply before employment, subject to state and local laws and regulations.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
Participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
