About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Services in Beverly Hills, California. The role provides reliable, consistent hours at an assigned commercial real estate site, with the option to claim additional shifts through a scheduling platform. The assigned weekly shift requires a six-month commitment. Additional shifts may allow employees to vary their hours, with the opportunity to build up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week and scale back when needed. The pay rate is $20.90 per hour. The listed schedule is Saturday, 6:00 PM–10:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Operate the front desk by greeting and screening visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and directing guests.
• Monitor access points, lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and communication systems; report unusual activity or maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, contacting building management, emergency services, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, delivery records, and other required front desk reports.
