About The Position

As a Security Officer Unarmed Patrol Visitor Access Screening in Coshocton, Ohio, you will serve and safeguard clients at a food and beverage production location. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control, and assist employees and visitors professionally. This is a part-time position with a listed pay rate of $16.41 per hour. The posted schedule is Saturday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Applicants are subject to a background investigation and drug screen, to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

Experience with access control and badges.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, perimeters, parking areas, and access points to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor site access by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and documenting entry and exit activity according to site procedures.
Observe loading, shipping, receiving, and delivery areas for compliance with site access requirements, and report security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.
