About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring Security Officers/Security Guards to observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites, helping protect client property and personnel. The positions are available full-time and part-time, across all shifts, including weekends. Pay is $17.14–$20.00 per hour, varying by site and shift, with weekly pay. Applicants must pass a lifetime background check and drug test, hold a valid driver’s license, and meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements. The role involves frequent sitting, standing, and walking, sometimes for long periods, as well as potentially climbing stairs and walking on inclines or uneven terrain. Physical requirements may include frequently lifting or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally lifting or moving up to 25 pounds. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Must be proficient with computers and technology.
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must have at least 1 year of customer service experience.
Must be comfortable walking long distances.
Must meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guards.
Must comply with the professional appearance policy: visible body-piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted unless authorized.
Must be able to meet the physical requirements, including frequent sitting, standing, and walking; possible stair climbing and walking on inclines or uneven terrain; frequent lifting or moving up to 10 pounds; and occasional lifting or moving up to 25 pounds.
