About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Guards for full-time and part-time positions. Security Officers help safeguard clients’ people and assets by monitoring environments, observing and reporting potential risks, following protocols, and providing customer service. All shifts are available, and employees must work at least one weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday). The stated pay rate is $18.50 or more per hour, with weekly pay. A hiring event is scheduled for Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 545 Metro Place S., Suite 200, Dublin, OH 43017. Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Hold a Driver Certification.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be over the age of 18.
Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
Demonstrate critical thinking, attentiveness, ability to follow instructions, customer service skills, and communication skills.
