About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Professional Security Officers in Jeffersonville, Ohio. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with all shifts offered. Officers must work at least one weekend shift, either Saturday or Sunday. The listed pay rate is $18.50 or more per hour, and employees are paid weekly. Security Officers help safeguard clients’ people and assets by monitoring their surroundings, observing and reporting potential risks, following protocols, and responding to situations that may affect safety and security. The role also involves providing customer service and communicating clearly with clients, colleagues, and members of the community. Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Hold a Driver Certification.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be over the age of 18.
Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
Be physically capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
Have the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
Be observant and able to follow instructions and protocols.
Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
