About The Position

Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Officers for data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. Full-time positions are available. Officers help safeguard clients’ people and assets by providing security services tailored to client needs. The role calls for alertness, sound judgment, adherence to protocols, and a service-oriented approach when assisting clients, colleagues, and community members. Available shifts are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Employees must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The pay rate is $19.75 per hour. A hiring event is scheduled for Tuesday, November 10, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM at the Courtyard Marriott Battlefield Hotel, 10701 Battleview Pkwy., Manassas, VA 20109. Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Have a valid driver's license.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be over the age of 18.
Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
Have clear and effective communication skills.
