About The Position
Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Officers for data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. The role is full-time, pays $19.75 per hour, and offers second- and third-shift availability. Employees must work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. Requirements
- Pass a drug screen and background check.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
- Be able to read, write, and speak English.
- Be over the age of 18.
- Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
- Be available to work weekend shifts.
- Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate strong observation skills.
- Be able to follow instructions and protocols.
- Have exceptional customer service and communication skills.
