About The Position

Securitas is hiring full-time, entry-level Security Officers for data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. The role involves monitoring and assessing environments, following security protocols, making informed decisions, and providing customer service as a first point of contact. Available shifts are 2:00 PM–10:00 PM and 10:00 PM–6:00 AM. Employees must be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. Pay is $19.75 per hour, with weekly pay. Requirements

• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Be over the age of 18.
• Be available to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday.
• Be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
• Demonstrate clear and effective communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and observational ability.
