About The Position

Securitas is hiring Security Officers for construction site assignments, with full-time and part-time positions and all shifts available. Officers serve as a key part of the security team, monitoring and assessing the site, following protocols, making informed decisions, and providing customer service as a first point of contact. The role requires availability for at least one weekend shift, on Saturday or Sunday, and the ability to navigate the physical demands of the site. A hiring event offering on-the-spot offers is scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at 1127 McArthur Rd., Jeffersonville, OH 43128. The pay rate is $18.50 or more per hour, and employees are paid weekly. Requirements

Pass a drug screen and background check.
Hold Driver Certification.
Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers.
Be able to read, write, and speak English.
Be over the age of 18.
Be physically able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods, climb stairs, and navigate uneven terrain.
Be available for weekend shifts.
Demonstrate critical thinking, observation, instruction-following, customer service, and communication skills.
