About The Position
Securitas USA is hiring entry-level Security Officers for data center positions in Manassas, Haymarket, and Gainesville, Virginia. Full-time positions are available, with second-shift hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and third-shift hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Employees must work at least one weekend shift, on Saturday or Sunday. The pay rate is $19.75 per hour. Security Officers help safeguard clients’ people and assets by monitoring environments, observing and reporting potential risks, responding to situations affecting safety and security, following protocols, and providing customer service as a point of contact. The job requires communication, basic computer skills, sound judgment, and the ability to perform extended periods of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. Applicants must pass a drug screen and background check, hold a valid driver’s license, meet applicable state, county, and municipal Security Officer licensing requirements, be able to read, write, and speak English, and be over 18. Requirements
- Be over 18 years of age.
