About The Position
Securitas USA is hiring full-time and part-time Security Officers for positions across all shifts, including weekends. Security Officers observe and report activities and incidents at assigned client sites to help protect client property and personnel. The position requires strong communication and customer service skills, professionalism, and the ability to meet applicable security licensing requirements. The listed pay range is $17.00–$23.00 per hour, varying by site and shift. An open interview is scheduled for Thursday, November 5, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM at 5136 Lovers Lane, Suite 108, Portage, MI 49002. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Pass a lifetime background check and drug test.
- Have a valid driver's license.
- Have a high school diploma or GED.
- Have excellent communication skills and maintain a professional appearance.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Meet and continue to meet applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers or Guards.
- Visible body-piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted unless authorized.
