Security Officer - No Weekends!

About The Position

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. The officer serves as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols. This is a full-time, weekday-only position at a site in Westfield, Wisconsin, paying $16.00 per hour. No prior experience is necessary.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Must remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Must respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Must participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
