About The Position

The Security Officer protects people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. The officer serves as a helpful professional resource while ensuring people on the property follow safety protocols. This is a full-time position in Westfield, Wisconsin, paying $16.00 per hour, with a weekdays-only schedule and no weekends. No experience is necessary. The role includes paid training.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED required.
Above-average computer and technology skills.
Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
Must remain calm under pressure and vigilant throughout the shift.
Must respond to emergencies using rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
Strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making capabilities.
Must be willing to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.

Nice To Haves

Prior security, law enforcement, or military experience is a plus.
