About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time enhanced unarmed patrol driver for an assigned site in Henderson, Nevada. The position provides consistent weekly anchor shifts at the designated site, with a six-month commitment, and the option to claim additional shifts through the company’s scheduling platform. Additional shifts may allow the employee to work up to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to scale back. The pay rate is $18.04 per hour.

The scheduled shifts are Thursday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Friday from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The role provides customer service while conducting security procedures, unarmed patrols, incident response, site monitoring, and required documentation.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Applicants for unarmed roles must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and/or local law and may be required before employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail common areas, parking areas, entrances, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas.
• Monitor access points and property activity, and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, policy violations, and security incidents to site management or Allied Universal leadership.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation according to site-specific procedures.
