About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed patrol driver for an assigned site in Marston, Missouri. The position provides a designated weekly anchor shift, with a six-month commitment, and the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Employees may increase their hours up to 40 per week and can scale back as needed. The role serves a technology, media, and telecommunications location and involves customer service, patrols, access monitoring, incident response, and reporting.

Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license, in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; required for driving positions.
• At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

• Pepper spray certification.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and security protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including offices, common spaces, parking areas, access points, and the property perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity to appropriate site contacts.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, following emergency response procedures and documenting relevant details.
• Prepare clear, accurate daily activity and incident reports, and communicate observations and concerns to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.
