About The Position
As a Security Officer - Unarmed Day Patrol in Goodyear, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a dynamic data center location. You will help maintain a secure environment for people, property, and operations by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, responding to concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is full-time and pays $23.00 per hour. The scheduled hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment.
- Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet any applicable licensing requirements, which may be required prior to employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
- Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and help secure people, property, and operations.
