About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Driver Escort Security Officer in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania. The role serves a technology, media, and telecommunications location, safeguarding clients through patrols, visible security presence, and customer service. The position requires driving and a current, valid driver’s license. The schedule is Friday and Saturday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, at a rate of $18.56 per hour.

The officer provides service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel; follows site security procedures and policies; monitors access and visitor activity; responds to incidents and emergencies; and documents and communicates relevant observations. Employment is conditional on applicable background investigation and drug screening. Licensing requirements may apply under state or local law.

Requirements

• Possess a current, valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; provide a copy during the application process.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable law.
• Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, perimeter, and other assigned areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, direct guests, and report access-related concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and critical events in accordance with escalation and notification procedures.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation, and communicate observations to appropriate personnel.
