Security Officer Part Time Unarmed
About The Position
As a part-time Security Officer and Screening Specialist at a correctional services location in Lake City, Florida, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening individuals and belongings, monitoring access points, and reporting unusual activity. Your professionalism, communication skills, and attention to detail will support a positive experience while helping to deter incidents. The role is part of a team focused on teamwork, integrity, and serving people first. The scheduled hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The pay rate is $21.75 per hour. Requirements
- At least one year of security-related experience.
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable law.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities
- Screen individuals and belongings.
