About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution in Los Angeles, California, you will help safeguard employees, visitors, and customers. You will conduct patrols, monitor access and visitor activity, maintain a visible security presence, and respond professionally to security concerns and emergencies. The role includes providing customer service and completing accurate records and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. The schedule is Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Undergo a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Undergo a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter; identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications in accordance with company and site requirements.
