About The Position

The Full-Time Flex Security Officer fills in at various client sites in Framingham and Marlborough, Massachusetts, without having a permanent home site. The position reports directly to the Field Operations Supervisor and provides full-time hours, typically guaranteeing at least 30 hours per week, with frequent overtime opportunities. Officers may work at multiple client buildings in the two locations and must be available for varying shifts across the week, including first, second, and third shifts from Monday through Sunday. Security experience is not necessary, and growth opportunities are available.

Requirements

At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel up to a one-hour commute to various client sites; most sites are within a 30-mile radius of the Bedford, New Hampshire office.
Flexible availability to work any potential open shift during the week, including first, second, and third shifts Monday through Sunday.
Reliable means of communication and transportation.
Legal right to work in the United States.
Ability to effectively speak, read, and write English.
Basic computer skills.
Excellent observational and de-escalation skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with global and local security teams.
Commitment to ethical practices and following safety protocols.
Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
