About The Position

Titan Security Group is hiring Security Officers for a location in Troy, Ohio. Officers help protect the facility by monitoring security systems, conducting patrols, enforcing access policies, responding to incidents, documenting activity, and assisting visitors. The role requires meeting physical demands that may include extended periods of standing, lifting or moving at least 50 pounds, interior and exterior foot patrols, stair use, and working in inclement weather. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must meet the physical essential functions of the job, including standing for extended periods, lifting, pushing, and/or pulling at least 50 pounds, conducting interior and exterior foot patrols, using stairs, and working in inclement weather.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Previous security experience is preferred.
Bilingual ability is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV, access control, and alarm systems to help ensure facility safety.
Conduct patrols and inspections to identify hazards or suspicious activity.
Enforce property access policies and verify identification for visitors and contractors.
Respond to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, and coordinate with first responders.
Accurately document activities, incidents, and maintenance issues.
Provide customer service and assist with directions, inquiries, and building information.
