About The Position

As a full-time unarmed Security Officer at a residential condominium community in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, you will safeguard residents, visitors, and property by conducting patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring access, and responding professionally to concerns and incidents. You will provide customer service and help foster a welcoming environment while following security procedures, community policies, and emergency response activities. The schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. The pay rate is $20.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet licensing requirements that may apply under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, contractors, and property management while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking facilities, building entrances, amenities, and the surrounding property perimeter; identify and report unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with community policies and procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, resident concerns, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns.
