Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Alarm Panel Monitor
About The Position
As a full-time Unarmed Alarm Panel Monitor with Allied Universal, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, support access control, respond to alarm-related activity, and provide customer service and communication. The role is part of a collaborative team focused on care, teamwork, and integrity. The schedule is overnight: Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00 AM to 8:01 AM. The pay rate is $24.00 per hour. Applicants must have at least two years of security-related experience, be at least 21 years old, and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is conditional on a background investigation and, to the extent permitted by law, a drug screen. Licensing requirements vary by applicable law and may need to be met before employment. A valid driver's license is required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, offices, parking areas, entrances, and the surrounding perimeter to identify unusual activity and deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, follow entry and exit procedures, and report suspicious conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
- Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, document observations and actions, and follow site procedures.
- Maintain a professional presence and support a welcoming environment for customers and staff during daily banking operations.
