About The Position

As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver in Orovada, Nevada, you will help safeguard clients at a manufacturing and industrial location. This unarmed role involves driving and conducting routine patrols throughout assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, observing and reporting activities, responding to concerns, and providing customer service and communication. The position is full-time and pays $25.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Thursday through Saturday, 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements; it is required for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing requirements may apply and may need to be met before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and follow established site protocols and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and reporting unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications in accordance with company and site-specific requirements.
