About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, unarmed Security Officer Property Protection Patrol in Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania, at a manufacturing and industrial location. The officer will safeguard the client by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and helping deter security-related incidents. The role also supports a welcoming environment through clear communication, professional customer service, and timely reporting. The schedule is listed as daytime and includes shifts from 12:30 AM to 6:00 AM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. The pay rate is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation as a condition of employment, in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and/or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and carrying out emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations, identifying and reporting unusual conditions or activity.
Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, follow established post orders, and notify appropriate contacts.
Assist with monitoring facility rules, traffic flow, and restricted areas to deter unauthorized access and support security-related operations.
