About The Position

As a Security Officer - Plaza Patrol Driver in Phoenix, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at a financial institution. This is an unarmed, driving security post requiring a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal policy. The role involves routine patrols, a visible security presence, customer service, and support for site-specific procedures and appropriate emergency responses. The position is full-time and pays $21.00 per hour. The listed schedule is Tuesday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, as required by Allied Universal driver policy for driving positions.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require age 21 or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements applicable under state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participating in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, parking areas, ATM locations, and perimeter; identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and potential security issues.
Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
Prepare clear and accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift communications.
