About The Position

As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Sacramento, California, you will help safeguard clients at a commercial real estate location. You will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist tenants, visitors, and staff with customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

The role is full-time and pays $20.80 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday and Tuesday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM, and Saturday and Sunday, 5:30 AM–1:00 PM.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Applicants are subject to a background investigation, in accordance with applicable laws.
• Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, access control issues, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
