About The Position
The Security Officer supports the safety and security of the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina and its guests. The role includes patrolling hotel premises, identifying risks and undesirable conditions, assisting with incident investigations and documentation, responding to emergencies, and providing professional assistance to guests.
Responsibilities
- Conduct interior and exterior security patrols to identify and address safety and security risks, threats, and undesirable conditions.
- Conduct preliminary incident investigations, gather relevant information, document findings, and ensure accurate reporting.
- Prepare and maintain accurate security reports and records.
- Assist in responding to safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and security threats.
- Respond to guest inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
