About The Position

The Food and Beverage Manager oversees daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets at the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina. The role supports exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards for quality and service, developing guest satisfaction strategies, and implementing effective marketing and operational practices to drive revenue and profitability.

The manager oversees departmental administration and planning, applies cost controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses, and supervises, coaches, and mentors team members. The role also ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily food and beverage operations for designated outlets, ensuring quality, service, and marketing strategies support profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies by monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvement.
• Oversee Food & Beverage department administrative and planning functions and implement controls for food, beverage, and labor expenses.
• Support exceptional food and beverage quality, service, and marketing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members; provide professional development opportunities and recognize achievements.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
