About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Independence, Kentucky. The officer will serve and safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and promptly reporting observations. The role also involves providing professional customer service to employees and visitors and supporting a welcoming environment. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The scheduled overnight shifts are Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. The pay rate is $19.50 per hour. No prior experience is required. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for an unarmed role.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation, as a condition of employment and in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, if required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies while providing customer service to clients.
Perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Maintain a visible presence, monitor assigned areas, and report observations promptly.
Communicate professionally with employees and visitors and support a welcoming environment.
