Security Officer - Overnights - Part Time
About The Position
Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Officer for an overnight role at a healthcare manufacturing location in Lawrenceburg, Indiana. The officer will safeguard clients, employees, visitors, and patients by providing customer service, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, supporting access control, and responding to incidents and emergencies. The listed pay rate is $18.00 per hour, paid weekly. The schedule lists Monday and Tuesday, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; armed roles require applicants to be at least 21.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
- Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements before employment, if required.
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and follow procedures for admitting employees, contractors, and deliveries.
- Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as required.
- Accurately document patrols, observations, incidents, and shift activities according to company and site reporting procedures.
