About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time, temporary Security Officer for lobby patrol. The officer will safeguard clients, provide customer service, follow safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, respond to incidents and emergencies, and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site. The listed pay is $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Complete a background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Complete a drug screen as a condition of employment, to the extent permitted by law.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Have a valid driver’s license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Take part in emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
