About The Position

As a Security Officer in a commercial real estate location in Los Angeles, California, you will help safeguard clients while providing a professional and welcoming environment. The role involves welcoming visitors, managing access credentials, monitoring alarm panels, and supporting tenants and guests with security-related concerns. The position is full-time and pays $21.10 per hour. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or 21 years of age or older for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and may be required before employment.
A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors at a commercial real estate front desk by following site-specific security procedures and policies.
Monitor building access, greet and screen visitors, verify authorization as required, and direct guests to appropriate offices or building areas.
Maintain accurate visitor logs, issue temporary access credentials in accordance with site procedures, and communicate access concerns to appropriate personnel.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations while following established emergency response activities.
Assist with front-desk communications, including answering phones, receiving deliveries, and reporting maintenance or security-related concerns to site contacts.
