About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol officer to support a manufacturing and industrial location in Yellow Springs, Ohio. The officer will safeguard clients, employees, and visitors by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, monitoring assigned areas and access, and providing customer service and communication. The role follows site-specific policies and established emergency-response procedures. The schedule is overnight: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Pay is $19.57 per hour, paid weekly. The position includes paid training and access to additional shifts and career-growth opportunities.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any licensing requirements that apply under state or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency-response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities, production areas, access points, and perimeter locations.
Monitor access, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized entry attempts or unusual activity according to site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs in accordance with company and site requirements.
