About The Position

As a Security Officer with an active clearance in Gilbert, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at an aerospace and defense location. This is an unarmed security role focused on conducting patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and providing customer service. The position is full time and pays $24.38 per hour. The regular schedule is Wednesday through Sunday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
Maintain an active DoD Secret Clearance.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 or older for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
State or local licensing may be required prior to employment, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification.
Access control and badge experience.
Alarm panel experience.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas; report unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access to restricted areas according to site procedures and report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, communicating with site contacts and emergency responders as directed.
Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with company and site requirements.
