About The Position

CADRE is relied upon to deliver superior insight and leadership to solve the nation's most critical national security challenges in demanding environments. This Desk Officer position is located in Northern Virginia and is responsible for preparing and executing operational objectives for a regional area of responsibility. The role involves planning and executing administrative and technical mission activities, managing and overseeing staff training and preparation, coordinating logistics, drafting correspondence, and preparing and presenting briefings.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance and the ability to complete a polygraph.
• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience.
• At least three years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with classified databases and targeting tools.
• Strong written communication skills and experience drafting official correspondence.
• Ability to express facts and complex ideas clearly, concisely, and accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple lines of effort, meet deadlines, and solve problems.
• Ability to process large amounts of information, extract relevant information, and convey findings.
• Experience collaborating with multiple Intelligence Community partners.
• Ability to conduct analytic research.
