About The Position

Serve as a specialized officer providing direct support to a client conducting complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against high-priority threats to U.S. national security, which are increasingly transnational in origin. Develop specialized expertise to identify, analyze, and facilitate the penetration and disruption of international organizations and networks posing threats. Build expertise in the client’s functional missions, including threats, proliferation, narcotics, or counterintelligence, as well as regional expertise.

Targeting Officers operationalize intelligence and build tactical collection strategies to influence mission execution. The role may involve domestic and international client-sponsored deployments and rotational shift work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the Intelligence Community.
• Knowledge of various collection platforms used to close intelligence gaps and accomplish strategic, operational, and tactical objectives.
• Ability to take part in domestic and international client-sponsored deployments.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.
• BA or BS degree.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and equivalent Intelligence Community software tools.
• Knowledge of all-source intelligence, SIGINT, MASINT, IMINT, or HUMINT collection or analysis.
• Knowledge of counter threats, counterintelligence, counter proliferation, or regional affairs.
• Ability to work rotational shift work.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with law enforcement, military, or U.S. government intelligence components.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• TS/SCI clearance with a current full scope polygraph, or eligibility to obtain one.
