Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol with Active Clearance

About The Position

As a full-time Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location in Carrollton, Texas, you will help safeguard clients by conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitoring assigned areas, and providing customer service and clear communication. The position requires an active DoD Secret clearance and at least two years of security-related experience. The schedule is Monday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $19.17 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Employment is subject to a background investigation and, where permitted by law, a drug screen. State or local licensing may be required before employment. A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions. Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
Active DoD Secret clearance.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors while following security procedures, site-specific policies, and applicable emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility interiors, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and verify authorization according to site-specific procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established escalation and notification protocols.
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in clear, timely reports.
