About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Credential Review in Doral, Florida. The position offers a fixed, assigned weekly shift for a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through the company scheduling platform. Hours may vary with additional shifts, and employees can build toward a schedule of up to 40 hours per week while retaining the option to scale back. The pay rate is $16.44 per hour. The listed shift is Thursday, 3:00 PM–7:00 PM.

The Security Officer provides customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responds calmly to incidents and critical situations, and conducts regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles or at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Commit to the assigned site and weekly shift for six months.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
