About The Position

Allied Universal is seeking Security Officers for Rivian Motorway in Bloomington, Illinois. Officers serve and safeguard clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, following site-specific policies, responding to emergencies and incidents, and conducting regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Multiple shifts are available: 1st shift, 0530–1400; 2nd shift, 1330–2200; and 3rd shift, 2130–0600. The listed pay rate is $19.00 per hour. A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only, though the job fair listing identifies it as a requirement.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old or older for armed roles.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures and site-specific policies, and conducting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations using problem-solving skills.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
