About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location in Chillicothe, Ohio. The officer conducts vehicle and foot patrols, maintains a visible presence to help deter incidents, documents observations, and provides customer service and clear communication. This driving position requires a valid driver’s license. The role calls for integrity, teamwork, and a caring, reliable approach to supporting a welcoming and secure environment. The scheduled shifts are Tuesday from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and Wednesday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $18.50 per hour.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position and must meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations; follow site protocols and notify appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and the business perimeter.
Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and contractor activity; verify credentials and direct individuals according to site-specific requirements.
Accurately document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities in required reports and logs.
