About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time Unarmed Patrol Officer in Osage Beach, Missouri, for a commercial real estate location. The officer will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, integrity, and teamwork. The position pays $17.50 per hour. The posted schedule is Monday 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM–7:30 PM, and Sunday 11:30 AM–6:30 PM. Requirements

Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Submit to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Submit to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors while following site-specific procedures and security policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas; identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
Monitor property access, observe visitor and vendor activity, and report concerns in accordance with site procedures.
Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, contacting appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
