About The Position

As a Security Officer - Alarm Panel Response in Mesa, Arizona, you will serve and safeguard clients at an automotive manufacturing location. This driving, unarmed patrol position involves conducting routine patrols, monitoring access points and alarm activity, and maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide customer service and support a welcoming environment while working as part of Allied Universal’s team.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements for driving positions.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements may apply under state and/or local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, parking lots, offices, access points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
Monitor access by verifying credentials, directing visitors and vehicles, and documenting entries, exits, and unusual activity in accordance with site procedures.
Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and support a professional environment.
